Job description / Role -Reporting the team-leader of rental, the incumbent main role is to generate new prospects for heavy equipment rental & waste management with an objective of maintaining / increasing market share of the company.
Accordingly, the job-holder shall :
Identify the right prospects / potential clients for heavy equipment rental in the assigned area / sector. Then approach them professionally in order to close the deal.
Maintain & develop excellent relationship with existing clients as well as new ones.
Communicate with the potential & existing clients verbally, by mail and over the phone in order to ensure a smooth running of the selling cycle.
Arrange clients visit / meetings in order to gain in-depth understanding for their needs.
Analyze & identify the clients needs and then try to present them the most appropriate solutions.
Attend related trade exhibition & events and represent the company professionally.
Try to maintain clients data-base and update it periodically.
Study / learn product knowledge
Periodically, monitor the availability of the products in the company yard / stocks.
Generate sales reports that reflects the products availability
Meet the sales target as assigned by the management
Attend weekly sales meeting, and present his report professionally
Arrange orders, delivery & invoices and follow up on related payments. Requirements; - Should have university degree in related discipline
Should have 4 to 6 years relevant work-experience.
Possess excellent communication skills both verbal & writing.
Possess excellent people skills
Able to produce sales report
Possess industry & market knowledge and knows who is who in the market.
Possess product knowledge
Should have good knowledge about players / competitors in the market
Fluent in English, Arabic will be a certain advantage.
