To boost our growth, we are now looking for an energetic, skillful Bangladeshi Community Manager for our Sales Team to join!

Role Purpose :

Build and roll-out marketing strategies, go-to-market plans and sales plans ensuring the successful market penetration, ensuring that hundreds of thousands of Bangladeshi expats will relate and benefit by the use of Pyypl products and services within the UAE

Build and roll-out action and sale plans to increase the amount and number of daily and monthly remittance transactions for the Bangladeshi corridor through community activities

Work closely with internal functions like Direct and Indirect Sales, Digital Marketing, Partnerships, etc. to ensure all activities and actions are properly executed based on the go-to-market and sale strategy for the Bangladeshi communities in UAE

Build and manage a network of Pyypl specialists, promoters, influencers, ambassadors, community leaders among the Bangladeshi communities, in UAE

Drive user on boarding (customer acquisitions) and loyalty of usage for Pyypl products and services, mainly remittances, following the KPIs and targets defined by the UAE Head of Sales

Organize, manage, and participate daily, multilevel events, to build a Pyypl community within your communities and boost brand awareness.

Coordinate with Digital Marketing, PR and Communication teams to ensure brand consistency and awareness

Become the voice of the communities towards Pyypl internal functions, indicating where to fine-tune products and services to satisfy the needs of users

Ensure that the product and communications resonate deeply among the Bangladeshi communities

Increase reach and availability in the market and ensure product performance through effective branding, user engagement and direct marketing activities

Check and track the availability of Pyypl physical products across the designated areas within reseller shops, online channels, physical distribution channels etc.

Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies

  • This is a country-wide responsibility, and requires being personally present in your community regardless of geographical location within the country
  • Education & Experience :

  • Should be holding a Bachelor's / Masters Degree into Finance / Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 8+ years’ total experience, working for a FMCG, telecom, Remittance organization or similar company, directly spending most of your time with the end-consumers / customers in the market, and directly promoting products and services is mandatory for applying for the role
  • 5+ years’ experience in working with remittance industries owning part of Bangladeshi corridor’s monthly business, defining action plans from conception to full execution, to increase revenues and number of transactions
  • 5+ years’ Experience launching community initiatives building 360 marketing campaigns, launching community ambassador programs, creating, and managing large community events and managing influencer teams both online and offline
  • 5+ Experience in managing mass consumer community events. Worked with marketing / promotor agencies (preferably with a background in large scale sales events and activities)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (i.e., repeat attendance at events)
  • Hands on experience with social media management, being a community influencer, yourself is highly preferred
