The Admin Project coordinator is responsiblefor the coordination of a project, in addition to precise reportingof the project progress vs the target handover, and the quality ofthe execution.
What you will bedoing
Ensure all constraints imposed by law or by authorities incharge have been listed and attended to in the sequencerequired
Ensure all legal authorizations and permitsare obtained in a timely manner
Liaise with clientsand clients business partners with regard to the project
Liaise with project team members and with other divisionswhenever required.
Provide systematically full reports, as to progressin general, to supervisors
Provide list of would-beproblems and solutions for approval
Produce statussummaries of verified project as per a specific calendar
Follow up approval and payments cycles, and reportdelays
Follow up material deliveries
Gather information for project cost estimation
Prepare quotations per project.
