The Admin Project coordinator is responsiblefor the coordination of a project, in addition to precise reportingof the project progress vs the target handover, and the quality ofthe execution.

What you will bedoing

Proactive liaison

  • Ensure all constraints imposed by law or by authorities incharge have been listed and attended to in the sequencerequired
  • Ensure all legal authorizations and permitsare obtained in a timely manner
  • Liaise with clientsand clients business partners with regard to the project
  • Liaise with project team members and with other divisionswhenever required.
  • Reporting

  • Provide systematically full reports, as to progressin general, to supervisors
  • Provide list of would-beproblems and solutions for approval
  • Project follow-up

  • Produce statussummaries of verified project as per a specific calendar
  • Follow up approval and payments cycles, and reportdelays
  • Follow up material deliveries
  • Gather information for project cost estimation
  • Prepare quotations per project.
