Job Description :
work with Business Customers, Section Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches.
Level 2 and 3 Control M problem determination and resolution
Install, configure and troubleshoot Control M software and agents on Unix, iSeries and Windows server systems.
work with Application Development teams to develop, implement, and control high quality batch applications for the business and in-house applications using Control-M modules and application plugins.
Monitor change / task and problem / incident queues and take appropriate action to resolve within the agreed (SLA) service level agreements.
Assist team members with the (RCA) root cause analysis of problems.
Experience using ServiceNow.
Microsoft Excel and Visio.
Knowledge of Unix Scripting and Oracle / SQL databases helpful.
Certifications : BMC Control M Administration Training and Certification (Preferred).
