Bachelors in a relevant finance or other business disciplines
Certification in Accounting Qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CPP, CFA) or Master degree in a related major preferred
To formulate and develop timely, reliable, accurate and comprehensive financial information and accounts, in accordance with the overall guidelines prescribed by the Department of Finance, to support ADEC management in their financial decision making processes.
Prepare the financial reports and accounts for all Sectors in ADEC and consolidate these to produce financial accounts for ADEC as a whole ensuring accuracy and consistency in work produced;
Ensure all accounts prepared meets all guidelines and standards set by the Department of Finance, the Ministry of Finance and any international accounting standards as appropriate;
Administer and manage the preparation, distribution and payment collection of invoices for ADEC ensuring all debtor and creditor payments are made in a timely manner;
