As a Field Representative, you will enter rotational assignments tailored to an industry or distribution service (dealer development) career path including many training modules.
Rotational assignments will be focused on developing industry and product application knowledge as well as a strong understanding of the Caterpillar Dealer network.
This is a position designed to build the employees skill sets within a specific industry and to help prepare you for future field rep as a Product Support Operations Reps (PSOR) .
The Product Support Operations job duties include :
counseling dealers in developing increased human performance capability
counseling dealers in delivering enhanced customer experience on the service side
counseling dealers in improving service profitability
providing guidance on existing and potential service issues and improvement measures within one industry
assisting dealers on forecast, strategy planning and repair process guidelines
supporting rollout of new products (e.g., products, parts, customer service agreements, other service products)
analyzing and communicating marketplace and competitive activity to Caterpillar personnel and dealers
assisting dealers with business planning within one industry
helping to create and promote programs that increase sales while maximizing price realization
continuing to develop required proficiency level in the specified foundation competencies and skills
Required Qualifications :
2 7 years of professional experience in a commercial role (sales or sales support in B2B)
Engineering or Technical degree
Must be willing to travel extensively (20%-50% depending on the role)
Demonstrated technical aptitudes
Demonstrated Business acumen in a professional setting
Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
Desired Qualifications :
Experience in Construction or Product Support in a B2B environment
Intermediate proficiency with any of the following equipment :
Additional language : French or Turkish preferred
