An exciting opportunity has become available for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing high quality and timely financial information, providing financial systems support to the business, and maintaining and improving the integrated financial information systems.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

Manage the preparation of the monthly reporting and loading into the Accor Global Group Reporting tools within deadlines

Prepare monthly reports, including insights and action commentary for Management and Group Finance (including variances to last year, budget and forecast).

Maintain Excel based forecasting and budgeting tools

Supervise the reconciliation of the inter-company accounts.

Improve utilisation of existing tools and processes to deliver more meaningful and timely insights into business performance

Develop new reports and processes for business requirements and end user needs.

  • Collaborate with other members of the finance team and the business to ensure high quality data inputs to all reporting and analysis
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key business partners / stakeholders and seek and provide regular feedback to improve efficiency and drive value creation
  • What we need from you

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (able to write, understand and modify complex macros) are essential to your success in this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence to present to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively to deadlines and support others to meet tight deadlines
  • Proven track record in providing timely and accurate monthly management reporting and analysis.
  • Motivated, pro-active with a can-do’ attitude
  • CA / CPA qualified or completing
  • Experience with accounting and reporting systems (Sun and Onestream) would be a plus.
