  • Ability to create the project planusing Microsoft project plan
  • Work with theteam members to set the milestones on the project and ensure thereis no overlap
  • Follow up on weekly basis onthe progress and highlight the risk / issues to the management
  • Prepare project / status materials like power pointsto be presented to the weekly meetings or on adhoc basis
  • Follow up with different project stakeholder tothe open activities / tasks.
  • Manage the UnitBudget and report on monthly basis
  • Manageproject team members in boarding
  • Keep atrack of teams assets and tagging details
  • Keep a track of all the RFP and procurement relatedactivities
  • Ensure respective projectmanagers send weekly update to their respective stakeholders
  • Highlight risk and challenges across theunits
  • Should be highly proactive andenthusiastic
  • Must have experience in workingand managing large teams as a administrator
  • Excellent written and communication skills arerequired
