A Digital and Social Media Marketing Executive is to assist the Marketing and PR Manager in all related aspects of social media marketing, digital marketing and communications initiatives for the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah to drive engagement and incremental revenue for rooms, F&B, Conferences and Events and Spa to achieve commercial and financial objectives within budgeted marketing expenses .

Manages all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction .

Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy .

Works with various hotel departments to promote overall hotel experiences through social media channels . Responsible for the strategy and execution of campaigns spanning search marketing, affiliate marketing, CRM, SEO, and paid search / social .

the What will I be doing? + Manages all hotel social media accounts . + Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote hotel -focused messages .

  • Coordinates social media messaging to drive engagement and incremental revenue . + Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns .
  • Analyses social media and digital campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement .
  • Works with other departments to develop digital and social media timelines coinciding with new promotions or other brand messages .
  • Monitors and direct the accuracy and quality of all print material and electronic data reference to the hotel in line with corporate brand guidelines and within the approved tone and style;
  • Ensures that hotel complies with all agreed central and regional marketing activities / products through a program of internal audits and reviews .
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies + Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests . + Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels + Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners + Evaluate emerging technologies .
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate + Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media and other digital spaces + Responding to any mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and engage with the social media users + Regular monitoring competitor social media sites and creating analysis report .

  • Ensures consistency and high standards of all external and internal communications . + Supports the Marketing and PR Manager in the implementation and development of marketing and communication initiatives and special events .
  • Executes marketing projects related to rooms, F&B, Conferences and Events and Spa with high quality and on -target delivery .
  • Ensures that promotional activities are effectively executed across all distribution channels available and partnerships are leveraged for maximum benefit;
  • Ensures up to date information is suitably presented to relevant stakeholders concerning F&B activities, promotions and up to date information for prospective customers;
  • Grows and maintains hotel social databases to promote rooms, meetings, F&B and Spa offers through targeted campaigns; + Maintains and develops photographic library to agreed standards;

  • To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow : + High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word + Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets + Excellent organizational and administration skills + Excellent written, spoken and read English and Arabic proficiency + Previous Social Media Marketing experience in a similar environment (hospitality, agency or airlines ) + Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints + Excellent verbal and written communications skills - confident and effective verbal and written communicator + Strong interpersonal skills to enable communication to wide audience and manage relationships + Strong understanding of local market + Creative and ideas orientated + Positive, enthusiast and team player + Excellent organizational and planning skills + Ability to work under pressure at all times It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions : + Previous experience in a sales role + Relevant degree, in a sales or business discipline, from an academic institution What will it be like to work for Hilton?
