The Arabic Senior Innovation Expert role will be at the forefront of regional and global innovations within the humanitarian and charities sector and it will involve collaborative and partnership working with both the governmental and private business sectors on a global scale.
The core purpose of the role is to prepare and implement a strategy of innovation by identifying and designing innovative solutions and initiatives that support the organisation’s overall strategy and further position them as a global leader in their field.

Working in collaboration with the private and governmental sectors you will design and host innovation labs, workshop and awareness events to test ideas and find solutions to challenges to explore the latest developments and best practices.
Part of the role will also include the management and evaluation of the data portfolio in order to develop a pipeline strategy to assist in further decision making processes.
It is essential that you are a confident bilingual (Arabic and English) candidate as the role will involve internal and external collaboration, networking and stakeholder management to heighten the reach of the organisation on a global platform.
Successful applicants for the role of the Arabic Senior Innovation Expert must possess a relevant degree and a minimum of 3 years within a business development partnerships role.
It is also desirable that the individual has experience in project management and achieving proven results. You should be a motivated and decisive leader with an engaging personality and possess high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
