Reporting Line : Regional Sales Manager

Department : AF Engineering & Technology - A / C

Job Purpose :

Sales Engineer will manage client accounts and Bid for HVAC projects with DX / VRF / Chilled Water applications Clients, Consultants ,Main Contractors ,Govt and other organizations.

He will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Accountabilities :

Sales, Growth & Customer Success

  • Create Opportunities by Market Coverage and regular feed back on Competition feedback
  • Improve the sales growth
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients
  • Responsible for screening HVAC / MEP market
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent relationship with potential and existing customers as well as to provide world-
  • class customer service to strengthen customer loyalty and market penetration

    Finance & Budgets

  • Fulfilment of Sales Booking and Target
  • Market Coverage in order to explore business opportunity and maximize sales prospect, qualified leads and Opportunities
  • Generating and maintaining credible sales forecast for accounts and provide this information on regular basis to management
  • Internal processes

  • Provide support and assistance to the department in any administrative and coordination tasks as and when required.
  • Make suggestions and proposals for improving the presentation for client and make suggestions on how service levels can be increased for the betterment of our customers.
  • Share the pipeline report with a line manager
  • Self-Improvement

  • Should be continuous through self assessment and feedback , iGrow Training
