About the Job : An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Leader to join the Rooms Division team at the Burj Al Arab.
You will be responsible for assessing; developing and monitoring of the service delivery standards followed in all Rooms’ Division related areas.
You will set the short and long term strategies to enhance customer experience, colleague satisfaction and grow rooms’ profitability.
You will participate in total hotel management as a member of the Hotel Executive Committee. The main areas of responsibility are of : Front Office, Butler Service, Transportation, Switchboard, Concierge, Housekeeping and Suite Reservations.

About You : In order to be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor degree or equivalent. You must have at least 4 years’ of employment as a Director in a related position in multi culture luxury hotel companies.
You will have the ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and / or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.
You will have strong written and verbal English skills as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office as strong communication skills are required.
