Keyresponsibility :

The person in this role will be expected to havecompetencies in the area of business analysis, requirements documentation,understanding of product development functions, estimations and businessarchitecture.

The BA will be required to undertake the following activities.

  • Retail Banking BA CRM Next and BPM
  • Min 10 years of BA experience with Retail Banking
  • Well experienced in deploying CRM and BPM Solution for Banks
  • Qualifications :

  • Understanding and experience of ProductDevelopment Life Cycle, Business Requirement Specification documentation andexperience of working in an Agile environment.
  • Must have experience on supportingbusiness analysis and requirements definition in one / more areas of back office / operations
  • Exposure to at least two of thefollowing areas : Corporate treasury, trade finance, Cash Management, Payments,Lending etc. is a must
  • Experience in application / productintegration will be considered an advantage
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in therelevant role
  • Candidate should be self-motivated;target oriented and should be able to meet set timelines
