Ensure that thebrand promise of upscale casual comes to life in all brand andmarketing initiatives implemented across multiple platformsglobally.
Review andapproval of brand communication materials from the hotel team toensure alignment with brand standards.
Managing creative development of advertisementsfor global Brand and Digital Marketing campaigns (on and offline)as well as timely delivery of ads in accordance to media plan,using in-house design resources.
Working with PR agency on property activations andreleases.
Managing socialmedia accounts for LAH LAH, Native Club and Zabeel House.
Working with freelance graphicdesigner for in house collaterals.
Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degreein Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent.
3 plus years marketingexperience.

A proven understanding of theluxury segment / guest.
Proven experience in delivering integrated campaignsacross multiple channels (i.e. both offline as well asdigital.
Sound knowledgeof drafting creative briefs, campaign development, implementationand measurement.
Strongattention to detail and an ability to deliver high qualitymarketing materials in alignment with brand standards.
Strong technical understanding ofphotography and rich media.
Outstanding English - written and verbal.
Strong communication andpresentation skills.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and againsttight deadlines.
Abilityto work as a team player in a high performance team.
Experience shouldbe ideally gained within the hospitality, service or luxuryindustries.
Proficiency in Arabic, German, Chinese or Russian -written and verbal.
Proficiency in digital marketing and socialmedia.
Understanding ofloyalty and customer relationship management.
Understanding of design programs such as theAdobe Suite.
