Develop sales strategies manage sales forecasting Identifying new clients and Agents Meeting negotiating and closing the sales deal Manage Sales team and ensure that target is met in time Conduct sales review meeting periodically Informing clients about the current status of the project Handling customer complaints Follow ups and after sales service Preparing and maintaining MIS reports Relationship management with various stakeholders Brokers and channel partners Contact and conduct initial followups on sales prospects preparation of sales proposal Develop procedures for contacting and qualifying leads updating prospect information Carrying out the promotional activities like organizing and participating in Property Exhibitions Tie up with international channel partners for generating sales Advise customers on market conditions prices legal requirements and related matters Research new market opportunities map out potential customers competitors Promote sales of properties through advertisements open houses and participation in multiple listing services Coordinate appointments to show Villas and mansions to prospective buyers Development of pricing structures and payment
