12871-Business Analyst Experience : 5-7 Posted : 15 Jun,2022 Location : United Arab Emirates Apply Now Business Analyst Work Location : Abu Dhabi : The Business Analyst (BA) will be accountable for ensuring that all the Requirements of the Business are captured adequately from the time a business need is identified and to maintain the consistency in Requirement Management throughout the Agile development life cycle.

This role is responsible to enable successful transition towards Agile Methodology, enable high level of performance and quality, and provide exceptional Business Value to end users Role Purpose : Provide Business Solutions which is always Customer Centric Drives / Contributes in the Business Requirements gathering workshops with senior stakeholders.

Ability to understand the e2e User Journeys and provide Business solutions Deep understanding of platforms in order to be able to provide implementation approach for customer facing web application, middle ware integration and backend system architecture.

Support the Product Owner in writing effective Product Backlog Items and maintaining the prioritized backlogs for multiple products as the Development Teams provide estimates for the upcoming items Assist the Product Owner in the Story refinement process Work closely with Product owners and Tech leads and agree on the MVP Prioritization in Sprint cycle and Backlogs Attend and contribute in the Sprint Planning / Scrum / Product refinement / Sprint Retrospective and other team activities as required Responsible for enforcing common structures and guideline for BA Methodology in Requirement Management Use appropriate vehicles for communication (Jira / Tracker Boards etc.

Encourage team self-organization & empowerment Share new industry Agile best practices Provide Consultancy support, technical guidance and Leadership to teams across PODs.

Work closely with the Technical Delivery Manager, Program Manager, and Business Experts to ensure visibility and resolution of business challenges Actively participate in organizational Agile activities Promote and support the Development Teams automated processes Assist the team in implementing the process improvements they've defined in the Sprint Retrospectives Scrum / Agile Methodology : Provide Business Solutions which is always Customer Centric Drives / Contributes in the Business Requirements gathering workshops with Senior stakeholders.

The incumbent should adhere to working hours, which might require working for extended hours depending on job nature and task assigned.

Information Security : Maintain information security related , throughout the period of employment. As soon as possible, report any potential or actual risks or incidents affecting the security of information to the helpdesk.

Maintain Risk Free / control IT environment Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role : Deep understanding of Banking Domain and ability to transpose the business requirement to system requirement Proficient in drawing Story boards / create wireframes, write Epics and User Stories Knowledge and proven experience in Agile Techniques and Agile Development Ability to understand the Business Impacts across various backend systems Ability to work with people at all levels in the organization Shows judgment / self-confidence and ability to work under tight schedule Shows determination and ability to find solutions / develop effective courses of action Has effective communication skills and able to provide solutions / workaround to solve business problems Previous experience required (if any) : Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent year of professional experience 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst working with dedicated agile teams using scrum or Kanban.

Strong Banking Domain Knowledge Proven experience in gathering requirements using Agile Methodology Strong understanding and experience with software and product development especially in digital solutions.

Professional Certification in Scrum methodologies Preferable Required Skills Skill Years Months Business Analyst 7 0
