Sales Manager Vacancy in Dubai Sales Manager at Coco Jalila About the Company Coco Jalila is a UAE grown SME luxury chocolate company focused on providing the finest products to a large range of corporate and private clients.

Coco Jalila is seeking a highly motivated sales manager to join our fast-growing company in Dubai, UAE. As a sales manager at Coco Jalila, you will be the founding member of our sales team and work closely with our Managing Directors to nurture sales from their early stages to final sale by leveraging various communication channels and sales technology.

You will also play a key role in uncovering information about upcoming events, projects and market changes where our products would be a good fit.

Responsibilities Planning, leading and coordinating the sales process from prospect qualification through close. Utilizing and maintaining our customer database in Hubspot as a tool for accurate account information and management, as well as communicating updates to leadership.

Ensure ongoing follow up of sales opportunities to progress them through the sales cycle. Interacting with prospects to offer detailed product and packaging guidance / information based on their current location within the buying cycle.

This includes leveraging internal resources and third party supplier collateral to meet customers’ needs. Providing baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell clients and maximize customer lifetime value. Drive sales through meetings, chocolate tastings, and personal gifts.

Liaise with third party suppliers and packagers to formulate sales quotes for customers. Work closely with operations and supply to convey sales orders and new business needs.

Define pricing strategy considering competition and cost pressures. Qualifications (Required) Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.

Required) 5 years in sales (Required) 2 years experience in inside / B2B related sales. (Highly Preferred) UAE Drivers License (Preferred) experience in chocolate or confectionery product sales.

Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Preferred) experience using a CRM system such as Hubspot. Strong customer focus Ability to work effectively independently.
