To ensure that the hotel onsiteclinic / housing clinic (if applicable) are well maintained,licensed and has all equipment operational.
To ensure that the departments operational budget is in line, andthat costs are strictly controlled.
Toensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel / accommodation ambassador clinic.
To ensurethat all departmental reports and correspondence are completedpunctually and accurately.
To maintain goodrelations with and liaise where appropriate, Dubai MunicipalityHealth laboratory.
To collate and maintainall records of ambassadors health cards.
Tobe available for "spot" checks conducted by thePublic Health Laboratory Personnel.
To havesole responsibility for the allocation of sick leave and itscontrol.
Responsible for authorization ofPetty cash disbursement within the guidelines laid down by theTalent & Culture department.
Toensure proper requisitioning and control of all pharmaceuticalsupplies.
To make recommendations toManagement for necessary modernization of medical equipment.
To maintain good relations with the MedicalSpecialists Centre, or appropriate medical body, held on retainerfor ambassador welfare.
To be responsiblefor all insurance claims covering all ambassadors.
To attend meetings and briefings laid down by theDirector of Talent & Culture and Training Department.
To continually up date and maintain allambassadors medical records.
To assist inbuilding an efficient team of ambassadors by taking an activeinterest in their welfare, safety, training and development.
To liaise with the Training Manager in theimplementation of all programs relating to Social Skill Fitness andHygiene for all new ambassadors, and to offer"refresher" courses for existingambassadors.
To be responsible for thetraining of all designated First Aides and to ensure regularevaluation and "refresher" courses.
To be aware of the ambassadors work environment and tobe alert to its hazards.
To be aware of allindividual ambassadors physical and mental requirements and tooffer support and advice where necessary.
Toconsule an ambassador where appropriate and to direct him to therelevant area of Management for further advice and support.
