Job Role : HR CLERK
JobDetails : Supports special HR related projects as required. Assistwith day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Compilesand maintains an up to date employee records. Deal with employeerequests regarding Leaves, Exists, Salary Certificates &Letters.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant dataor deductions etc. Facilitate and process full and final settlementfor the employees, leave balance and gratuity calculations .
Advisemanagement and staff on UAE Labour law regulations and compliance.Develop and maintain employee files and records.
Deal with employeepersonal data with high level of integrity. Deal with employeeissues and respond to their queries in a professionalmanner.
Job Requirements : University Degree witha focus on Human Resources or equivalent. Minimum two to threeyears of experience related to Human Resources.
Strong command ofMicrosoft Office. Team player with the ability to interact andbuild relationships. Ability to organize and manage multiplepriorities.
Excellent communication in English required.
