What will I be doing?
As a Waiter / ess,you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, andefficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Memberexperience.
A Waiter / ess will also be required to have extensiveknowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, you will be responsiblefor performing the following tasks to the higheststandards :
Manage guest queries in afriendly, timely, and efficient manner
ServeAlcoholic / non-Alcoholic beverages in conjunction withlicensing / liquor regulations for residents andnon-residents
Ensure knowledge of menu and allproducts
Ensure mis-en-place is well stockedat all floor stations
Follow correct reportingprocedures if faced with issues
Ensure Foodand Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard anddelivered in a timely manor
Practice HiltonGrooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness andpersonal hygiene
Comply with hotel security,fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
