JOB PURPOSE :
To provide full support to all customers visiting Al Futtaim Motors. To be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators.
NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks
Ensure all customers receive a warm send off on exiting the branch. The aim is to make our customer feel acknowledged and to show that we care.
JOB CONTEXT : Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job
The role purpose is to ensure all Al Futtaim customers receive a First Class service when entering the branch. Ensuring the customer is guided to the relevant department and their needs are clearly identified and conveyed to the appropriate associate.
Understanding the Customer Journey from Start to Finish.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge :
Bachelor degree or Equivalent.
Minimum Experience :
1-year customer service experience or experience in a customer facing role.
Job-Specific Skills :
Written and spoken English is a must .
