The primary responsibility of our professionals is to grow market share within a designated territory or account list through the combination of acquiring new business and increasing share within the existing client base Someone who can enthusiastically support our current customers and introduce our products to potential clients Sales manager is responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements Responsibilities Identify and understand clients business goals Build relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAs needed complete hands-

sell opportunities that help clients to achieve their objectivesProactively seek opportunities for internal process improvementsBusiness management duties such as drafting and securing approvals on scope documents project planning project management and financial managementAbility to travel to key on-

site meetings with the clientDemonstrate strong cross-functional working knowledge of Product Management Marketing Customer Relationship Legal Operations and Logistics Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly through root-

cause analysisParticipate in developing total quality management initiatives as they relate to company requirements and customer satisfactionDevelop sales growth plans for a region with a particular focus on the strategic view of the businessRequirements 3 years business-

to-business sales experience previous Aviation operation and or sales experience Excellent English Arabic is and advantageOutstanding relationship-

building skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Time-management and organizational skills candidate must be able to work in a fast-

paced high-pressured evolving environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must Bachelor s Degree preferred Experience in customer needs assessment sales opportunity development and account profiling
