Job Role : Faculty in Business - Project Management
COB Faculty members report to the Dean / Associate Dean for faculty, and participate in the growth and development of the University.
Faculty members will be engaged in teaching in the undergraduate and / or postgraduate programs, involved in research activities, and committed to university service.
Qualifications and Requirements
An earned doctorate from an internationally recognized and accredited university in a discipline within specialization.
A record of outstanding achievement in scholarship. The candidate relevant to academic rank should :
Have at least one journal publication (A* / A ABDC-ranked, 3 in ABS) in the past three years, and demonstrate potential of securing research grants Assistant Professor ;
Have an excellent record of publication, research grants, and successful supervision of doctorate students Associate Professor .
Successful university teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels - relevant to the academic rank.
Experience in working with people from different ethnic backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills, a commitment to the importance of scholarship and diversity, a spirit of entrepreneurship and an understanding of the role of the university in economic development.
Familiarity with the new teaching media and Learning Management Systems, visual communication and the need to equip students with the varied skills they must have to succeed in an ever-changing media environment.
Engagement with industry (through work experience, consultation, etc.)
PhD from AACSB-Accredited university.
Professional designation in area of specialization;
Industry experience (working experience, consultation, training, etc.).
