This is a Contract role under ManpowerGroup - months renewable contract
The Partner Marketing Manager would act as the primary marketing interface to our partners, responsible for the planning, creation and execution of joint marketing campaigns to support theater-wide business goals.
Depending on the market need he / she interfaces to prioritize Partner Plus partners that are critical to the client's GTM strategy.
They include all commercial and selected P+ partners who sell mainly into the commercial segment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead the partner marketing strategy and execution within the country to drive optimal demand generation activities across all segments that will contribute to the sales funnel.
Work with the Client's TBMs / RSMs and Channel / Commercial leaders to build joint marketing plans with partners
Manage the use of funding with each of the partners and ensure that % of the assigned budget is used during the quarter for which it was assigned;
ensure approved plans are executed during the quarter for which they were approved.
Work with the regional operations team and the regional Commercial / Channel lead on monthly and quarterly reporting to monitor the progress on joint marketing investment.
Provide clear metrics, dashboards and ROI tools (using theatre KPIs)
Provide training on tools and programs as needed, including PMC, Tableaux, VW, SFDC, L & P, etc.
Understand key programs, incentives and promotions and alignment with joint marketing campaigns
Communicate to the internal stakeholders and partners the existing marketing plays available and provide feedback to theater / region.
Insure Stakeholder alignment and results tracking and reporting
Drive usage of PMC including how to get started, campaigns and events modules
Enable the partner marketing champions to effectively market products by understanding our product portfolio and through the use of marketing tools and programs
Promote theater training resources, workshops, and communities with the geographically relevant partner marketing champions via VODs, virtual, and live events including IDEA, Velocity, Marketing Workshops, etc.
Leverage quarterly best practices to share with the team
Skills and Abilities
Marketing Diploma or equivalent plus + years related experience ideally in an IT business-to-business environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as act independently to pursue goals and the ability to facilitate cross-group collaboration
Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking / writing skills preferred)
Social Media Skills
Self-starter, able to engage with multiple stakeholders to drive marketing goals in alignment with sales and business objectives
A high level of energy, commitment, and passion for results; the ability to meet deadlines and handle numerous projects at once.
Excellent organization skills and must be a detail-oriented team player.
Innovative, forward thinking marketer
Ability to demonstrate awareness of the latest marketing trends (outward focused).
Excellent organization and project management skills (deadlines, vendor / agency management, budgets).
Event management experience is required.
Good organization and budget management skills.
Deep understanding of the target Segment / Industry / Audience.
Experienced in all the elements of putting together a campaign including the planning, strategy, execution and distribution.
