Position Title : Analyst Program
About the Program :
The Analyst Program isa one-year program that targets top fresh graduates with 0-1 year ofprofessional experience. The program provides formal trainings, coaching andmentoring support, and intensive on-the-job learning, exposing new recruits toall areas of consulting while also ensuringtheir full development and growth.
During the program, candidates will receive a stipend. Atthe end of the program, recruits demonstrating Business Analyst requirementsand capabilities will be offered a full-time position with Kearney.

Project team support :
Work with project teams tounderstand, refine and prioritize their research needs. Through discussionswith requestors, identify the key issues and determine the most appropriate,cost-effective and timely research solutions
Whilst Analysts identify issues,they should also form hypotheses with appropriate direction and guidance
Proactively ask questions toclarify scope and approach
Conduct high quality analysisby validating assumptions, developing a rigorous fact base and identifying dataanomalies
Gather the necessary rawinformation using a broad spectrum of sources and organize, analyze, andsynthesize the findings into targeted, firm-formatted end products with someinterpretation of the so what of the research
Participate in teambrainstorming and creative thinking sessions to help generate innovativeideas / solutions
Follow project plan tocomplete deliverables on time
Develop effective clientrelationships
Work well with client teamand learn to obtain information and / or deliverables needed from clients
Business / knowledge development :
The Analyst is expected to begin tobuild and develop knowledge in one or more spikes (e.g., industry, function,or geography) and tap into the firmwide network, where available
A solid understanding of aspecific content area and its salient issues form the basis for learning ofBusiness Analyst rank.
To help build your expertise, you will develop basicfact packs, summaries, and be assigned portions of larger documents in yourarea of focus.

An undergraduate degree from atop tier institution with demonstrated analytical expertise; demonstratedstrong academic performance and achievements
Previous Experience :
Candidates for this role willbe entrepreneurial self-starters who enjoy the challenges and rewards ofresearch work in a dynamic and changing environment.
