Develop viable sales forecasts and associated sales strategies Plan and carry out sales activities on assigned accounts or areas responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service deliveryManage relations with key clients PSC Government Departments Military Paramilitary orgs Source and develop client referralsRespond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone electronically or inpersonPrepare sales action plans and schedulesDevelop sales proposals contractsDevelop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clientsNegotiate with clients follow up on sales activityEnsure product delivery and client satisfactionMaintain sales activity records and reportsMonitor competitors market conditions and product developmentExperience working in a proactive sales environment successful cold calling experience is a must Qualification High School GED requiredPostsecondary education or coursework requiredSpecialist knowledge Armored vehicle industry and new sales strategy Previous experience 3 5 years of sales management experience preferably in the armored vehicle industry Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goalsExcellent customer service organizational and negotiation closing skills Languages English Any additional languages are an advantage
