  • Preparing, cooking and serving allrecipe dishes from your section to Brand standard
  • Minimizing wastage through correct preparationlevels, stock control and portioning
  • Working to ensure smooth day to day operation
  • Training, supporting, coaching and guiding alljunior colleagues
  • Maintaining aclean, safe and healthy working environment
  • Leading the opening and / or closedown of thekitchen effectively
  • Communicatingclearly any issues impacting their section / food quality
  • Reporting any defects in equipment immediatelyto the chef or manager in charge Preference will be given toqualified candidates who meet the below requirements :
  • Minimum of years' as a ChefDe Partie experience in fine dining or premium casualrestaurant
  • Excellent communication,problem solving and organization skills
  • Must have the necessary certifications in theculinary arts (PIC, BFH, etc.)Qualifications
