What you will do The Director Strategy M A and Transformation is a key role reporting to the VP GM Middle East and Africa region based in Dubai This position will lead strategic analysis to drive profitable growth M A transformation process and pricing strategy for the assigned business area In particular this position will drive business results through economic and financial analysis to support decision making recommend strategies and best practices to strive for continuous improvement and lead the generation of innovative ideas and programs within the regional transformation framework You will work within a vibrant environment that will provide a platform for you to use your leadership experience coupled with your analytical and strong business acumen in leading organizational transformations and implementing strategic plans within Middle East Africa region How you will do it As Director Strategy Transformation you will design structure and lead critical strategic projects provide financial input and collaborate with business support other business units in the deployment of strategic business transformations and will be responsible for leading the development of comprehensive business strategies that will drive profitable organic growth You will tackle abstract issues and solve complex problems with a structured datadriven approach and innovative mindset in a fastpaced environment You will lead strategic initiatives from opportunity identification prioritization diagnostic design pilot implementation and impact measurement with a variety of tools devising M A strategies identifying sectors that might be viable business targets You will work with the financial leadership to ensure strategic and transformation initiatives are translated in measurable business results Advice on pricing strategies regularly interact with stakeholders counterparts and executive management of Global LOB You will perform business analysis and reviews initiate process optimization to reduce cost and improve business profits You will develop and implement recommendations on the strategic capacity required to maintain strategy focus while adapting to new challenges and opportunities Work independently to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and be responsible for contributing to and independently developing business strategies identify and evaluate key strategic trends opportunities risks with parti
