Develop and implement marketing and sales strategy for Engineered products including refrigeration Scan the market visit prospective clients consultants developers and other decision makers with the aim of generating enquiry and getting engineered products specified at the early stage of the projects Guide and coach the sales force on how to introduce the B U s products to the customers Plan direct supervise and control the activities of the sales force who are reporting to the incumbent Ensure proper follow up by the sales force in order to achieve maximum conversion of enquiries tenders into firm orders Take part in the order negotiations involving pricing and credit decisions Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through providing efficient courteous and timely services to all customer requests Ensure B U achievement of all quality objectives as set forth in the company Assist BU Manager and Marketing in financial analysis of products and formulate pricing strategies in coordination with the management Ensure high level of engagement by the sales force and ensure individual development of all high potential and high performing sales personnel Assist in PAP BU strategy development and best practice sharing Profile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : UTS Carrier - UAE
