YOUR ROLE

The Project Specialist role is an urgent hiring. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join on temporary intern based contract for a period of 12-15 months.

  • The key purpose of the role is to guarantee excellence in execution in all Customer Services' areas in the country; coordinate and manage country CS agents;
  • provide recommendations and outcomes that will enhance key management, organizational performance of local organization;
  • share improvement ideas with International Customer Services Responsible; support and collaboration with CS Support Manager in SSC;
  • ensure customer satisfaction for both domestic and export businesses.

    The role of Demand Planning : Interface / point of contact department between commercial functions (sales, marketing, trade marketing, controlling, finance) and other supply chain functions (customer service, logistics, production) to combine & challenge all inputs, negotiate & ensure alignment, set the final plan and do all the necessary tasks to realize this with transparent, continuous and proactive communication Scope : Beauty Care, MEA, Retail & Professional.

    Analysis and reporting in various SC areas to speed up operations, detect improvement areas, propose & follow-up actions

    Portfolio classification & optimization

    Follow-up on new projects

    Inventory simulation, control, and expiry monitoring

    Contribute to digitalization of all operations

    Maintenance of planning systems and tools

    Participation in new implementations and process optimizations

    Study new topics for implementation Master data coordination

    Monitoring of product price structure

    Co-packing planning

    Key KPIs : Number Forecast Accuracy / Inventory targets / NES in MEUR / Service level / number of active IDHs / formats

    YOUR SKILLS

    1-3 years of experience in Demand Planning

    Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering or a related field with successful academic record

    Strong Microsoft excel skills

    SAP knowledge in OTC / logistics or similar systems preferred

    Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, Arabic a plus

    Self-confident professional, who possesses strong interpersonal skills along

    Competent in problem solving with strong analytical capabilities

    Strong follow-up skills and high determination to achieve results and realize changes
