Job Description

  • Deliver growth and revenue sell-through targets from each businesspartner / Hotels / retails-outlets
  • Manage all the accountpartners to perform against short and long term company goalsacross the whole sales proposition
  • Build strong,influential and collaborative business relationships with theretailer management teams Retail partner outlet, Hotels anddistribution center
  • Provide sales consulting / training on the existing company products / new products to the keyaccount retails staff
  • Responsible for building theright sales forecast and manage the product inventories with thepartners.
  • Responsible for making sure the partnershave the correct order backlog in place
  • Undertake newaccounts development initiatives with proper market survey,competition analysis and market penetration
  • Delivertimely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting
  • Analyse and report business results and trends on a weekly / monthlybasis
  • Demand generation, merchandising,training
  • Negotiate with the partners to build andexecute strong and impactful demand generation plans with namedaccounts
  • Initiate retail channel sell-throughprograms, promotions and other marketing strategies for improvedbusiness.
