Geographical coverage : Levant, Saudi Arabia, Indian sub-continent and African local markets + Travel Retail with focus on priority operators such as Dubai Duty Free, Qatar Duty Free, PAC Lebanon, Bahrain DF and Egyptair.
Reporting to : Managing Director Middle East, India and Africa.
Define training regional strategy, based on WW guidelines, and ensure local implementation in local markets and airports
Review and adapt, if needed, training material provided by HQ and make sure it is sent to local training relays, when needed
Liaise with the International Training Dept in regard to the organization and planning of their Regional Training schedules
Liaise with International Training Dept and Markets to ensure that all necessary training tools and materials are ordered and shipped to our distributors and agents.
Control our distributors’ and agents’ forecasts of Training materials and report any discrepancy to Commercial and Marketing teams for corrective actions.
Make recommendations to International Training Dept to improve training materials / contents and to meet specific needs for our region
Monitor Training & Travelling expenses according to budget.
Local Markets :
Build and animate a Hermès Parfum et Beauté training community within the region, through regional TTT seminar twice a year, regular market coaching visits, regular conference calls, info / training material sharing and motivation tools
In coordination with Local Trainers and Area Managers, organize and coordinate training schedules of Hermès Stores Fragrance Ambassadors, Hermès Stores sales staff and Local Markets distributors staff (Hermès dedicated staff and multi-brand staff), both virtually and in-person
Follow-up with Local Markets Local Trainers on their Training Plan / Schedule for newcomers, new launches and novelties / roll out of the Ambassador Program
During market visits, assess local trainer knowledge, BC profiles, BC coverage scheme, VM and share feedback and recommendations
Ensure our Hermès Parfums staff grooming is always in line with Hermès Parfum et Beauté Guidelines. Liaise with Marketing on the availability of staff uniforms, pins and scarves
Twice a year (when budget allows), organize : - a regional TTT Seminars for all our trainers - regional Fragrance and Beauty Days for Hermes Stores & personalized space BCs along with dedicated TR staff.
Travel Retail :
Once a year (when budget allows), organize a regional TR Seminar for all our dedicated TR staff
Animate and follow up on Ambassador Program and assess impact
Act as a local Training relay by organizing and conducting Trainings for the following key TR operators : Dubai Duty Free, Qatar Duty Free, PAC Lebanon, Egyptair, KSA, DFS Abu Dhabi
Train and coach TR Sales Delegate in order to grow him into a strong training relay for other airports.
2 / RETAIL
Interview and support recruitment of new staff according to regional needs and headcounts (TR only). Conduct induction Training programs for all newcomers
Implement and follow-up staff motivation program (e.g. quarterly free goods, welcome kit, birthday gift, best BC gift, loyalty program, etc )
VIC events : run Perfume and VIC events during local market visits, according to market needs and specificities.
Profil du candidat
Minimum 6-year experience in perfume and cosmetic industry in training. Make Up expertise is a must-have

Currently, approximately 100 employees work abroad, in : Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai, Miami, Toronto, Belgium, the Netherlands, Madrid and London.
