What you will bedoing :
Welcomes guestsas soon as they arrive with great care and attention
Helps encourage customer loyalty by building friendly,personalised relationships
Ensures thatadministrative procedures do not take precedence over guestrelations
Anticipates guests' needsand takes them into consideration
Handles anyguest complaints and / or remarks; provides a response as soon aspossible, respecting an impeccable attitude which conveys the imageof the brand and hotel
ProfessionalTechniques / Production
Completes all tasks linked to theguest's arrival and departure in compliance with internalprocedures
Informs guests about any particularconditions or formalities during the stay, and about the servicesoffered by the hotel
Handles all incoming andinternal phone calls
Passes information on asnecessary to other departments (floor staff, technical etc) and toother members of the front-desk team
Ensuresthat all the documents, products and provisions needed for thedepartment and / or guests are available and up-to-date
Assists reservations department in receiving, entry andconfirmation of reservations.
Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
Ensureproper care of all equipment and furniture such as computer,calculators, general office equipment assigned to you and toassociates reporting to you
Be well familiarwith hotel’s policies and procedures; well acquaintedwith the physical layout of the Hotel and should acquire a soundknowledge in hotel’s emergency procedures in regard tofire, medical, bomb threats, blackout and evacuation
Wear appropriate business attire (as per Hotel policy)and ensure a proper appearance so as to represent the hotel in thebest way
