ManagesMEP scope of work in assigned projects and ensures its completionwithin budgeted, time, cost and quality, adhering toAMANA’s safety policies and procedures.
Optimizes overall allocation of staff, manpower,equipment and materials on site.
Compilesand monitors productivity KPIs in the required reporting format andidentifies areas for improvement.
Definesthe scope baseline of the assigned project, and assists in draftingthe project schedule.
Prepares thedeployment plan for manpower and equipment and ensures timelyavailability.
Approves all site-relatedmaterial requisition forms, coordinates with Procurement Departmentwhen problems arising, monitors the timely delivery of material tosite, and oversees inflow / outflow reports of site storematerials.
Ensures that the quality ofdeliverable (material, installation etc.) is in line with theacceptance criteria defined for the project.
Monitors the deliverable of sub-contractor, ensures they arein line with job specifications, timeline and contractualagreement.
