Proficient in MS Office Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage and work with different document types
Administrative, data entry and verification skills
Working knowledge of cataloguing, data mining and database maintenance
Possesses good oral and written English communication skills
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Possesses good internet, web-researching and analytical skills
Arrange documents for courier pick-up and delivery
Prepared production-related reports on regular basis adhering to scheduled deadlines / quotas
Basic accounting skills
Manage and archive hard / electronic copies of the policy documents and ensure availability when needed
Provide general clerical duties to include but not limited to filing, scanning and photocopying
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos and other notifications / reminders
Answer and screen telephone calls and transfer to appropriate staff members
Establishes and maintain office files, control records, and other pertinent documents of the company.
Receives, screen and answer incoming calls and / or queries primarily concerning about the company offered services and other related matter.
Receives and screen incoming phone calls, e-mails and fax messages intended for the Chief Executive Officer / President and General Manager
Responsible in preparing Minutes of the meeting and other required documents during staff meeting.
Responsible in preparing Memorandum for issuance to any concerned employee(s) as per directives of superior (C.E.O and General Manager).
Responsible in preparing letter in response to the client's inquiry primarily on the company offered services such as recruitment procedures, recruitment cost, deployment time frame, and other related matter.
Job Type : Full-time Salary : AED3,500.00 to AED4,000.00 / month Experience :
Executive Secretary : 1 year (Preferred)
