Usinglead generation and leverage of existing clients to develop position in theGCC, with a focus on the designated market segment to facilitate expansionbased on our client’s needs.
Identifynew business opportunities and drive forward the development of suchopportunities.
Maintaina strong pipeline of new opportunities and track activities in Salesforce.
Maintainand update regularly market data on competitors, market share, fee structuresand other relevant information to enhance the commercial activity.
Participatein a high level of client interaction across the GCC to support the buildingand maintaining of commercial relationships upholding objectives for developmentand growth, and to ensure a good understanding of demands, expectations, andanticipated market changes as early as possible.
Developand nurture collaborative relationships with existing intermediaries and sourcenew feeders.
Trackrelevant projects and take appropriate actions to win business on a globalbasis by providing well qualified prospects.
Generatinga high standard of service delivery and achieving successful outcomes for ourclients to sustainably strengthen the revenue base.
Capturing,sharing knowledge and maintaining effective communication.
Deliveringall work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
Assistingthe Commercial Head where required for local, regional and global initiatives.
UAE based, with theability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the GCC.
Existing contacts eitherdirect or through intermediaries with focus in KSA
Strong understanding ofthe local GCC and wider Middle East culture, customs and practice.
Robust track record inclient acquisition and business development, particularly in an internationalenvironment.
Developed intermediarycontact database for business introductions
A team player with a can-do’ attitude, polite, patient, diplomatic, and respectful.
Well-organised,diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially.
Good technical writing,client-facing and communication skills (both internal and external).
Ability to manage asmall team of business development managers.
Experiences and background
Minimum 8-10 years of Sales experience, especially with Private Banking / Wealth Management / Accountancy inGCC.
Personality and Skills
Strong sense of understand AML, regulatory compliance requirements & a basic legalskills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Spoken Arabic is desired.
