Job Role : SECURITY ASSISTANTMANAGER
In this role as Security Assistant Manager, you will berequired to ensure a smooth day to day operations in the Securitydepartment from opening the Leisure Facility, delivering theexperience and closing the Leisure Facility.
Your duties will also include :
Managing a team of external company security Colleaguesto include their daily attendance, grooming, coaching, appraisalsand personal development plans.
Compiling dutyschedules for their area on a monthly basis ensuring that leaveplans support operational readiness and ensure sufficient time offto Colleagues.
Openly communicate appropriateand useful information through various channels to includedepartment meetings and briefings.
Respondingto Security breaches, incidents and emergencies, taking necessarycorrective actions and ensure incidents are investigated, recordedand reported to the Line Manager.
Liaisingwith the authorities to ensure regular communications, updates andstrong relationship in place.
To enforce andadhere to all UAE laws, Health, Safety & Environmentalpolicies, industry and company rules and regulations, reporting anysafety concerns or incidents to management in order to minimizerisk and maintain a clean safe and hygienic environment for allGuests and Colleagues.
Managing emergencysituations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage,loss or injury to any Guests, Colleagues or Companyproperty.
To be considered to this role, you will need :
Higher Secondary education orequivalent
Customer service, problem solving,leadership, and talent management skills
Knowledge in MS Office
Able to dealwith Complexity
Fluent in Arabic &English (read, write & speak)
IncidentInvestigation and reporting
It will be anadvantage if you have knowledge of the following : Crisismanagement, surveillance, tracking of budget expenses, riskassessment, training & development, andfirefighting.
