The Main areas of responsibilities for this pivotal role are as follows To design and implement a marketing strategy to fuel the next stage of growth To be an inspirational leader and motivator for a multi functional team supporting and developing marketing and training programs through the region Development of a strong relationship with the regional sales team to ensure effective execution of your marketing strategies To ensure operations and back office efficiency by coordinating with the Supply Chain and Finance teams Conduct marketing analysis and possess the ability to constantly analyze the brands strengths and opportunities vs competition and collect interpret detailed market research to identify any growth opportunities The successful candidate must possess the following A University Degree in Marketing is necessary an MBA would be preferred 10 Years solid experience of Marketing Brand Management including overall management of a marketing function ideally in a regional office It is essential that all candidates have experience gained in a marketing role both within the beauty and luxury and FMCG sectors Exposure to mass market industry and methodology A proven track record in team management motivation with multicultural teams in the Middle East region Be self driven and capable of working autonomously whilst respecting reporting boundaries Experience in working for a Regional Branch office whilst at the same time reporting professionally to the European Head Office Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English are a prerequisite for this role candidates who also speak Arabic and or French would be particularly of interest Profile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : Kershaw Leonard is committed to finding First Class people for its World Class Clients Since our inauguration in September 1999 We have become well-
