Job Role : Filing Clerk


  • Priorexperience as a File Clerk.
  • Strong knowledgeof filing systems.
  • Asian and Africans arewelcome.
  • Must be very good in MS Officeapplications.
  • Well-versed with officeequipment such as photocopier, scanners and many others.
  • Excellent command of written and oral English.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Should be in possession of a high school certification orits equivalent.
  • Outstanding organizationalskills.

  • Handling requeststo access files.
  • Maintaining logs of borrowedpapers.
  • Developing an efficient filing systemto ensure easier updating and retrieving of files.
  • Following the appropriate polices for informationsecurity.
  • Monitoring the inventory of files,paper clips and other items and reporting shortages.
