Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts
Reviews, evaluates and markups contract documents, including legal and / or technical schedules and statement of works etc.
Identifies and documents contract and legal issues and risks, including if necessary authors risk reports for procuring management approval.
Ensures contract documents have been executed properly and consistently with Organization’s policies.
Reviews and evaluates customer requests for changes in or revisions of contracts.
Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract.
Skills and Qualifications
Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints
Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow.
Prior work experience in a contract management role
