As an Executive Secretary you will be responsible for supporting the management by carrying administrative work duties Monitor and manage calendars schedule all meetings and travel arrangements Prepare routine correspondence and complete office tasks such as taking messages faxing filing photocopying shredding and data entry Develop and maintain record keeping systems procedures and reports as required Interact face to face and via phone with all management and employees in order to act as a source of information and direction Assemble and submit expense reports and invoices as required Create and update presentations documents and spreadsheets using PowerPoint Word Excel and other software as required Communicate with and coordinate work goals with other administrative support staff Act as back-

up for receptionist when necessary Provide assistance with personal arrangements as needed Maintaining of Corporate Records Provide assistance drafting of contract processes amending tracking changes version control and clause numbering etc Ensuring continual management of document quality control Attend Corporate Board Meetings and draft and maintain Minute Records
