Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist visitors by greeting,welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming telephone calls whileproviding basic information when needed.
  • ClientFollow Ups, Assist sales team
  • Managing a clientdatabase and preparing reports.
  • Listing properties inportals
  • Perform other clerical receptionist dutiessuch as filing, photocopying,etc
  • Update appointmentcalendars and schedule meetings / appointments.
  • Dealingwith email enquiries
  • Data entry
  • Generaloffice management such as ordering stationary, pantrynecessities
  • Source suppliers when needed.
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managersand Senior Management
  • Requirements :

  • Excellent command of the English language,
  • Excellentoral and written communication skills.
  • Must becomputer literate.
  • Should be a team player with anaptitude for customer service.
  • Ability to work underpressure
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Experience :

  • Office Management : 2 years (Preferred)
  • Language :

  • English (Preferred)
