Black & Grey HR is hiring for aGaming business in UAE. Our client is looking to hire aRelationship Manager to maintain strong relationships with ourcompanyâ s clients to boost our brand and profits in thelong-run.

  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to addressthem
  • Identify key staff in client companies tocultivate profitable relationships
  • Resolvecustomer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the salesteam
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply andcustomer service processes
  • Aim to preservecustomers and renew contracts
  • Approachpotential customers to establish relationships
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 yearsexperience of working in a customer relations / VIP manager rolewithin the Indian gaming space
  • Knowledge ofcustomer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Experience in sales or customer service ispreferred
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
