Develop and implement a people strategy for employer branding,employee engagement, communication, talent acquisition, managementand retention, and enhancing the entire employee lifecycle.
Partner with the senior management team to coach and upskillleaders, provide corrective action guidance across the organizationto ensure high performing teams.
Develop and implementHR & L&D KPIs and metrics to leverage data toimprove recruitment, employee engagement and retention.
Lead the opening of new restaurants worldwide.
Workwith the leadership team to identify organizational developmentneeds and ensure effective training and development is inplace.
Essential Skills & ExperienceRequired
10+years’ in a leadership role in HR and L&D withthe ability to translate business objectives into talent and peopleinitiatives to drive recruitment, employee engagement, managementand retention.
Proven ability in working withstakeholders, fostering a culture of growth, conducting needsassessments and designing, implementing and measuring theeffectiveness of learning and training programs related toleadership skills, product knowledge, exceptional customer serviceto create high performance teams.
Strong commercial andfinancial acumen to prepare and manage HR and L&Dbudgets.
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
CIPD or SHRM is also mandatory.
Currently living in the United ArabEmirates.
Fluency in English must beable to read, write and speak fluentEnglish.
