Proactive and flexible approach Receptionist duties and responsibilities (30% role) Providing reception support to the Dubai office in absence of receptionist (holidays and lunchtime cover).
Answering and managing the switchboard. Maintaining the conference room booking schedule for two conference rooms. Ensuring conference rooms are tidy and stocked with refreshments, crockery and stationery at all times.
Setting up refreshments for meetings with the assistance of the office assistant. Arranging lunches for meetings when requested.
Arranging video and telephone conferencing including setting up of video conferencing equipment. Booking local and international couriers.
Booking restaurant reservations for members of the team as requested. Assisting with flight and hotel bookings. Filing clerk duties and responsibilities (70% role) Updating business card information on database.
