The main responsibilities for this role include :

  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes;
  • Update & maintain leave trackers;
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
  • Order simple purchases such as stationary, collateral, travel tickets, etc;
  • Follow up with vendors (for payments, invoicing, etc);
  • Support event operations (preparing venue, invitations, packaging, booking transportation, final checks etc.);
  • Provide general support to team.
  • Skills

  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar position as well as;
  • A High School degree within a relevant field;
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures (outlook, bookings, etc)
  • Ability to process simple purchases (raising purchase requests, follow ups with vendors, ensure payments are done, etc);
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular);
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
