  • Track and analyse budget reports, operation activities and department metrics
  • Analyse the business needs and develop an improvement plan
  • Drive the achievements review for the Engineering Department
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to performance
  • Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board
  • Assisting in the preparation of departmental presentations to include power point, excel and other documents required.
  • Create and maintain a variety of documents, including project status reports and account documentation.
  • Facilitate good communication
  • Track project schedules and make sure that projects are being completed on time
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years' experience in business operations
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong experience in demonstrating numerical acumen, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Self-initiative, self-motivated and a fast learner
