We are headquartered in Dubai and rapidly expanding across the globe with London our next launch market. Position Description : The Country Launcher enters a new region and kickstarts Kitopi operations within a matter of weeks.
We require true hustlers who have an entrepreneurial spirit mixed with process understanding and analytical brains.
As a Country Launcher, you will be our key representative on the ground & will be responsible for getting Kitopi started in new countries.
Qualified candidates are independent self-starters who are good with people & thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy & results-

After a successful launch and stabilizing operations, our Launchers can stay on to run that country’s growth trajectory or travel the globe growing Kitopi and establishing our presence.
We give you that choice. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :
Research the city and learn the restaurant delivery landscape, regulations and market opportunity for Kitopi.
Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in country.
Lead the hiring and building of the pioneer team with launch implementation.
Finding and setting up our central and satellite kitchens and hire kitchen managers, chefs and kitchen staff.
Onboard our first brands and staff to test & improve our recipes and deliveries.
Creating and executing local marketing and business development opportunities to increase awareness and visibility for Kitopi and its brands in the market.
Setting up partnerships and managing relationships with aggregators, restaurants and delivery operations to get the supply side ready for Kitopi’s launch
Kick-start the launch and get us to 2000 orders per month within 3 months of launching
Quite simply, do whatever it takes to introduce customers to our restaurant brands and ensure satisfaction with every order some days, this may mean analyzing data, & other days, it may mean taste testing 20 recipes. Skills & Qualifications :

You'll have a lot of responsibility, so you've got to step up to the plate.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND :
6+ years of leadership experience, in marketing or operations management (or related).
Experience in building and launching a product / company from scratch
Prior experience managing cross-functional teams.
Exposure in managing complex operations
Strong marketing and business acumen
Successfully executed business development opportunities and negotiating partnerships.
Have weathered early startup environment (food tech a-plus)
