Job Role : Head of Products
Key RoleResponsibilities :
Conceive, develop and launch market-leading products andservices
Continuously manage the productportfolio to deliver superior ROI
Manage theRetail Profit & lost. (P&L)
Develop and enhance customer-centric product deliveryprocesses.
Achieve set targets to minimizeattrition and retain market share in the UAE by being proactive indetermining customers who may switch to the competition.
Co-ordinates with associations and other members FH oncard related operational matters.
Closely workwith key stakeholders of the business including but not limited toOps, IT, RMD, BI, service channels and etc.
Project management to ensure successful implementation ofKPI tasks.
Support development andimplementation of a product management strategy according to thecompany strategy, set goals and initiate measures to reach thesegoals and to improve the overall section'sperformance
Lead the performance managementprocess that measures and evaluates progress against thesection's goals.
Responsible forresult-oriented management and development of people and resources,including a provision of a strong day-to-day leadership presenceinvolving resource allocation, monitoring, reporting, andconducting regular staff meetings.
Initiate,develop, implement and ensure adherence of policies andprocedures
Build and implement the ProductMarketing / Branding Strategy.
Responsible forall product related issues within the whole organization inaccordance with underwriting guidelines
Managethe department expenditure and requirements, keeping in mind itsimpact and utilization on the financial budget.
Desired Skills andExperience
Marketingstrategy and campaigns and development.
Sufficient experience in supervisory position in asimilar post.
Good knowledge of EnglishLanguage (spoken & written).
Goodknowledge of computer skills.
