Main Accountability :

  • Issue Recovery Notification and provide Surveyors with related details.
  • Understand and clarify details through various communication mediums (primarily telephonic) of claims and customer queries
  • Issue related documentation once claims file is opened on CRM system.
  • Process and issue LPO’s in line with claims.
  • Liaise with service providers including workshops and other insurance companies.
  • Read, understand and translate Police Reports to support claims process.
  • Qualifications


    Technical skills :

  • Basic industry knowledge in terms of market practice.
  • Sound knowledge of AXA Motor Insurance Policies.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Academic Qualifications :

  • Holds a tertiary education or Degree qualified.
  • Required to have at least 3 years experience in related industry;
  • Arabic speaker is mandatory.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi task under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationship
  • Attention to detail and good negotiation skills.
